Text messages (SMS)
- What you'll get: when you text my number, you'll get an automatic reply showing how the system works, and then texts from me about your message or a call you booked.
- How often: message frequency varies, based on our conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out, and no more texts after that.
- Help: reply HELP, or email brian@grozzly.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy policy.
The demo business
Rivera Lawn & Landscape, shown in the "See it work" section and on its demo website, is a fictional business I made up to show how my automations work. It isn't a real company, and nothing on its site is a real offer.
Working with me
This website describes the kind of work I do. It isn't an offer or a contract. If we work together, the plan and price I send you before any work starts are what we agree to. There's no long-term contract: the service is month to month.
Your customer data always belongs to you. If we stop working together, I'll export it and hand it over. The automations are the service I build and run, so they stop when the service ends.
No guarantees
I work hard to make every system reliable, but I can't promise specific results, like a number of new jobs or a certain amount of time saved. This website and its content are provided as is.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Grozzly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or its text messages.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update them here and change the date at the top.
