Who I am

Grozzly is run by John Smith, based in [City, State]. This policy explains what information this website and my business collect, and how I use it. Questions? Email brian@grozzly.com.

What I collect

  • Messages: if you text or call my number, your phone number and the content of your messages.
  • Booking details: if you book a call, the name, email, phone number and notes you enter in the booking form.
  • Emails: if you email me, your email address and what you send.
  • Basic technical information: like your IP address, browser type and pages visited, which my hosting provider logs automatically. [If you add analytics, name it here.]

How I use it

  • To reply to you and follow up on your question or request
  • To send the text messages you asked for, including the automatic reply when you text my number
  • To schedule and hold calls
  • To improve this website

I don't sell your information.

Text messages (SMS)

When you text my number, you agree to receive an automatic reply and follow-up texts from Grozzly about your message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. More details are in the Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else handles your information

I use a few trusted providers to run this website and my business. They only get what they need to do their job:

  • n8n (runs the automations that move information between tools)
  • Airtable (stores records)
  • Twilio (sends and receives texts and calls)
  • Cal.com (call booking)
  • Google (email)
  • Google Fonts (loads the fonts on this site)
  • [Your web host, e.g. Netlify] (hosts this site)

I may also share information if the law requires it.

If you're a client

Customer data I handle while running your system belongs to you. I only use it to run your system. If we stop working together, for any reason, I'll export it, hand it over, and delete my copies.
